Marketing Assistant

Skydiamond are growing and have exciting plans for 2025 and beyond. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support across our marketing and communication activities.

This exciting role as a Marketing Assistant is to support with the execution of the marketing calendar and strategy to help the brand reach its goals. This will include supporting across marketing channels to drive brand awareness. You will be detail-oriented, organised, and able to collaborate effectively with other team members internal and external, bringing your own creative flair to the role.

Duties will include

• Supporting Head of Marketing with execution of the marketing calendar and strategy, across marketing channels.
  
• Content creation and support across multiple channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website and PR.
  
• E-Commerce website support - managing products on our website, support with content creation for the website.
  
• Assisting with the creation of global marketing materials for the brand - catalogues, print advertising, digital advertising etc.
  
• Supporting our retail partners globally to manage their marketing requirements which may include content sharing, e-commerce support and social media support.
  
• Daily liaison with our PR agency organising loans, arranging product transfers and managing stock.
  
• Assisting with new product and collection shoots.
  
• Attending and support PR and customer events.
  
• Processing and dispatch product requests, ensuring our jewellery are correctly transferred, packaged and dispatched.
  
• General office support including PO raising and helping wider teams as needed.

• Able to work in a team, however independent and pro-active.
  
• Able to use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  
• Knowledge of Shopify, Klayvio and social media channels
  
• Able adapt to a constantly evolving work environment
  
• 1- 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
