Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Salary Details:
£19,000 - £21,000 FTE

About The Role

You will coordinate all sales functions for Britwind, through from initial enquiry to dispatch of goods.
Filtering and managing sales and spares enquiries, creating quotations, adding sales to SAP, liaising with production and keeping customers up to date with order progress.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales pipeline, be the first point of contact for all enquiries and create and send quotations to customers accordingly.
  • Maintain spares and project price lists
  • Add all sales orders to SAP ERP
  • Send order acknowledgements to the customer confirming order details and planned delivery date.
  • Ensure the customer is up to date with order progress throughout order fulfilment
  • Control invoicing and payment in line with contract terms
  • Coordinate customer RMA returns & refurbishments
  • Organise dispatching and shipments of goods

Additional Responsibilities

General Office Administration duties to assist in the smooth running of the Operations Department

About You
You will have -
  • Excellent organisational skills - a methodical approach with outstanding attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills – need to be able to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales
  • An excellent level of computer literacy to include all Microsoft Office packages – specifically, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of maintaining and establishing information
  • Good level of numeracy and proven problem solving ability
  • ISO awareness and understanding
