Skills and Experience:
- Passion & creativity for creating vibrant, tasty food and willing to try something new
- Good communications skills and be able work within the small FGR Team
- Ability to work off your own initiative, be creative and think outside the box
- Food Hygiene training to Level 3
- NVQ Level 3 or experience equivalent
- Excellent cooking and knife handling skills
- Experience or willingness to learn Vegan catering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Leadership experience or capabilities
- Organised, effective and focused; plus, a keen eye for detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, to cover Matchday fixtures and event.
- This role is subject to a background check and DBS check, prior to employment commencing.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) would be desirable
- A full driving clean driving license is required.
- A high degree of flexibility is needed to work around the busy football calendar
