• Proven experience in a hands-on Growth/Brand Manager or Campaign Manager role with a strong acquisition focus.
• Ability to personally create, manage, and optimise campaigns and content— this is not a purely strategic role.
• Outstanding copywriting skills with experience across digital, CRM, and product marketing.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, and social media strategy.
• Passion for sustainability, purpose-led business, and ethical consumerism.
• Competent with marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, Google Ads, and CMS.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale up environment
