About The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Manager who can lead from the front— writing copy, running campaigns, building partnerships, and delivering results. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you’ll be deeply involved in every aspect of the brand and marketing strategy, with a primary focus on driving customer acquisition. You’ll bring Ecotalk’s mission to life across all customer touch points and be accountable for turning interest into action through high-impact, data-informed campaigns.

 

 Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Growth 

  • Own and execute brand and marketing initiatives that drive new customer growth across digital and partner channels. 
  • Optimise acquisition performance by tracking KPIs, managing budgets, and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
 

Hands-On Campaign Delivery

  •  Personally create, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. 
  • Write copy, build creative briefs, test messaging, and analyse performance data to ensure continuous improvement.
 

Content & Copy Writing

  • Write persuasive and on-brand copy for websites, emails, landing pages, and promotional offers. 
  • Balance ecological storytelling with clear product value to increase conversion and retention.
 

Social Media & Digital Presence 

  • Develop and deliver organic and paid social content plans to grow awareness and engagement. 
  • React in real-time to trends, audience behaviour, and platform changes to maximise impact.
 

Affiliate & Partnership Marketing 

  • Run our affiliate programme end-to-end, including partner recruitment, asset creation, and performance management. 
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with like-minded brands and influencers to extend reach.
 

Offsite Promotions & Brand Activation 

  • Plan and deliver brand activations, co-marketing efforts, and offsite promotions that drive new sign-ups and reinforce our values.
 

Brand Management 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, while evolving our tone and identity to keep pace with business goals. 
  • Act as a guardian of the Ecotalk brand—authentic, optimistic, and focused on doing good.
 

Collaboration & Ownership 

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align all brand activity with commercial targets. 
  • Be a self-starter who’s comfortable owning projects end-to-end—from concept through to delivery and reporting

About You

• Proven experience in a hands-on Growth/Brand Manager or Campaign Manager role with a strong acquisition focus.

• Ability to personally create, manage, and optimise campaigns and content— this is not a purely strategic role.

• Outstanding copywriting skills with experience across digital, CRM, and product marketing.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing and data-driven decision making.

• Experience with affiliate marketing, partnerships, and social media strategy.

• Passion for sustainability, purpose-led business, and ethical consumerism.

• Competent with marketing tools and platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, Google Ads, and CMS.

• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale up environment
