Sales & Marketing Executive | Luxury & Bridal | Cotswolds / London
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing luxury fine jewellery brand, Skydiamond - part of the Green Britain Group (which includes Ecotricity).
This is a hands-on, varied role for someone who thrives across events, content, partnerships and sales - and is confident representing a luxury brand both online and in person.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Events (B2C & B2B)
- Research and organise UK bridal & trunk shows end-to-end
- Manage logistics (couriers, VM, line lists, high-value stock)
- Support B2B events and partnerships
- Organise agile, low-cost press events with partners (e.g. Cotswolds luxury hotels such as The Painswick)
Social & Digital
- Schedule organic content (3x per week) + regular stories
- Create luxury-led content (Canva/Photoshop)
- Weekly LinkedIn posting
- Manage paid campaign assets & liaise with digital agency
- 1x weekly Klaviyo email + 1x monthly newsletter
- SEO blog (1x per month, Shopify-based)
Sales & Partnerships
- Confident hosting showroom appointments
- Outreach to jewellers & bridal community
- Negotiate retail/consignment agreements
- Build strong local Cotswold bridal relationships
PR & Influencer
- Stylist outreach & showroom appointments
- Create press lookbooks
- Influencer research & gifting aligned with brand positioning
- Attend industry events as a brand representative
Campaigns & Collections
- Product launches: descriptions, imagery, hero graphics
- Plan cross-channel promotion (social, email, web)
- Manage 3-month marketing calendar
Admin
- Raise POs, manage invoices & expenses
- Organise imagery & marketing assets
